Minutes of the meeting of the Electoral Area D Advisory Planning Commission held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at the Strathcona Regional District Office located at 990 Cedar Street, Campbell River, BC.

A quorum having been confirmed, the Chair called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with the following commissioners in attendance:

THAT the amended Development Variance Permit (DV 1D 25) application for 4851 Lambeth Road to increase the permitted maximum fence height from 2 metres to 2.7 metres on the west side of the property line and 2.4 metres on the south side of the property line, and

THAT a variance to reduce required setback from the highway centre line from 22.5 metres to approximately 16 metres (to be confirmed by survey) be supported.
