Minutes of the regular meeting of the Strathcona Gardens Commission held on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at the Strathcona Regional District offices located at 990 Cedar Street, Campbell River, BC.

A quorum having been confirmed, the Chair called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m. with the following Commissioners in attendance:

Commissioner Sinnott declared a conflict of interest and recused herself stating that she had family members employed at Strathcona Gardens.

The Commission reconvened in public at 3:49 p.m.
 
TERMINATION
 
The Chair declared that the November 8, 2023 regular meeting of the Strathcona Gardens Commission was terminated.
