Minutes of the regular meeting of the Electoral Areas Services Committee held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at the Strathcona Regional District office located at 990 Cedar Street, Campbell River, B.C.

A quorum having been confirmed, the Chair called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. with the following directors physically in attendance or participating electronically:

THAT the Committee recommend that the Board approve grants in aid to be paid from the Electoral Area C grant in aid as follows:

i) $1,000 to the Quadra Island Chamber Music Society to assist with the 2025 Chamber Music Festival; and

ii) $2,500 to the Quadra Cat Rescue to assist with controlling the unwanted cat population on Quadra Island.
