     Remembrance Day
 
     The Chair advised that the Chair or Vice Chair typically represents the Regional District at the Remembrance Day wreath ceremony at the Campbell River Spirit Square. He noted that other directors have also been occasionally called upon when the Chair’s availability is an issue and identified that the Director for Area D has often represented the Regional District at this event.
 
     Vice Chair Sinnott advised that she would attend on the Regional District's behalf.
 
     Christmas Event
 
     The Chair advised that the Directors' Christmas event is scheduled for December 11 which will involve a buffet dinner, comedian, and casino night. He advised that an invitation with more information is forthcoming.
