Minutes of the regular meeting of the Electoral Areas Services Committee held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Strathcona Regional District office located at #301 - 990 Cedar Street, Campbell River, B.C.

A quorum having been confirmed, the Vice Chair called the meeting to order at 9:47 a.m. with the following directors in attendance:

That the Chair and Corporate Officer be authorized to execute the agreement.

iii) $3,000 to the Southern Cortes Community Association to assist with core operating expenses; [Item]

v) $ 1,300 to the Friends of Cortes Island Society to assist with the Love the Lakes project; [Item]
 
vi) $4,500 to the Cortes Business and Tourism Association to assist with LEAP report writing and launch; [Item]
 
vii) $2,000 to the Linnaea Farm Society to assist with core program operating costs; and [Item]
