THAT Bylaw No. 476, being Electoral Area A Noise Control Service Establishing Bylaw 2022, be now reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.

THAT a report and draft bylaw to deal with the control or abatement of noises considered objectionable within Electoral Area A be prepared for further consideration.
 
     Bylaw No. 484 - Race Point Fire Protection

THAT Bylaw No. 484, being a bylaw to establish a fire protection service for part of Electoral Area A, be now introduced and read a first time.

THAT the February 2, 2023 correspondence from the Campbell River Community Foundation regarding grant funding be received.
 
     Director Sinnott declared a conflict of interest as director of the Campbell River Community Foundation and left the meeting.

THAT further to Res SRD 763/22, the remaining grant in aid of $3,000 be paid to the Campbell River Community Foundation to assist with costs associated with the Vital Conversation on Housing Security Forum to be paid from the Regional grant in aid budget.
